INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to high return shipping costs.
Duties, taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and any import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected at checkout unless explicitly stated. These fees are determined by the destination country and may be due prior to delivery or at pickup.
If duties or taxes are not paid, the shipment may be held, returned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for the order or original shipping costs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or incorrect/incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs clearance and local carrier conditions.
Orders ship with tracking. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.

United Kingdom (UK): Orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, and a carrier handling fee. Payment is typically required before delivery or upon pickup.
Australia: Orders may be subject to GST and import processing fees depending on the order value and carrier. Charges, if applicable, are collected by the carrier prior to delivery.
Canada: Orders may be subject to GST/HST, provincial taxes, duties, and brokerage fees. These are collected by the carrier before delivery or at pickup.
Mexico: Orders may be subject to IVA (VAT), duties, and customs processing fees. Additional documentation (such as a tax ID/RFC or CURP) may be requested by the carrier or customs to complete delivery.
